We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Lead

Description

Lead a team of 6 professionals, ensuring high performance and collaboration

Plan, manage, and deliver projects using agile methodologies

Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS

Oversee QA processes, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance standards are met

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines

Conduct code reviews, and troubleshooting, and guide the team in best practices

Foster a positive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement

1.5 + years of experience in a management or team leadership role

3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Advantages

Experience with PHP development

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Previous experience managing QA positions or teams
