Role Overview:As a Senior SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our lead generation and sales pipeline efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities, primarily in the EMEA and/ or North American markets. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, utilizing platforms such as HubSpot and Amplemarket, and have the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and manage pipeline activities using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Utilize advanced sales tools such as Amplemarket to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach and lead qualification.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on lead quality, pipeline progress, and market trends.
- Potential to grow into the SDR Team Leader role, mentoring junior SDRs as the team expands.
- Minimum 5 years of SDR or related sales experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven experience in the SaaS technology sector.
- Strong command of sales platforms like HubSpot, Amplemarket, and similar tools.
- Demonstrated success in working with EMEA and/ or North American regions.
- A track record of hard work, accountability, and high performance.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Open-minded, challenge-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
