Vice President Sales Marketing

RSL Electronics is a global leader in Predictive Maintenance solutions, advanced avionics systems, and control technologies for aircraft, naval vessels, and artillery radar systems.

We are looking for a VP of Sales & Marketing to join our executive team and lead our global growth strategy.

✅ Develop and execute the global sales and marketing strategy, expanding operations in defense and commercial markets.

✅ Initiate and manage business development opportunities, strengthening partnerships with strategic allies, distributors, and international suppliers.

✅ Lead complex sales processes, including negotiations with key clients, defense agencies, and government entities.

✅ Oversee and implement marketing and Marcom initiatives, including branding, advertising, public relations, participation in exhibitions, and digital marketing strategies.

✔ Proven experience in senior sales & marketing leadership roles within the defense, government, or aerospace sectors.

✔ Strong negotiation skills with defense, government, and industrial clients.

✔ Strategic thinking, initiative, and creativity, along with the ability to lead processes from planning to execution.

✔ Technical background and relevant academic degree – a strong advantage.

✔ High proficiency in English – additional languages are a plus.
