Vice President Programs Management

RSL Electronics is a leading global company specializing in the development of Predictive Maintenance solutions, advanced avionics, and control systems for aircraft, ships, and radar systems for artillery.

We are seeking a VP of Programs to join the company's management team and play a key role in leading the execution of the company's development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the company's development programs from the definition phase to final customer delivery.

✅ Take responsibility for managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the achievement of company goals and customer requirements.

✅ Coordinate and manage interfaces between marketing, engineering, procurement, customers, and industry partners.

✅ Oversee project performance and implement Best Practices in program management.

✅ Manage relationships with strategic customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure program success.

Job Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in managing complex programs in the defense/aerospace industry for at least 8 years.

✔ Ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage several projects simultaneously.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making under uncertainty, and ability to meet targets.

✔ Experience working with defense, government, and industrial entities.

✔ Relevant degree in engineering (BSc); a degree in business administration is a plus.

✔ High proficiency in English – additional languages are an advantage.
