MSSP Security Architect

We are looking for an MSSP Security Architect to support the design, optimization, and enablement of managed security services within our MSSP ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity architecture, MSSP operations, and managed security services, with a strong focus on technical enablement, solution architecture, service design, and security strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with MSSP partners, sales teams, product management, and R&D to develop scalable, efficient, and high-performing security services.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Security Architecture & Service Design - Design scalable, multi-tenant security architectures for MSSPs. Define service models, best practices, and blueprints for seamless security integration.
• Technical Enablement & Partner Support - Support MSSP partners in deploying and optimizing security services. Provide training, workshops, and guidance on frameworks, compliance, and risk management.
• Solution Optimization & Performance Monitoring - Continuously improve security services using automation and analytics. Optimize configurations, incident response, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with Product, R&D, and Sales to align security solutions with MSSP needs. Support complex deals, deployments, and product enhancements.
• Security Strategy & Innovation - Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and emerging threats. Evaluate new technologies, lead POCs, and enhance MSSP security offerings.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 5+ years in cybersecurity architecture, MSSP environments, or managed security services.
• Proven experience designing multi-tenant security solutions for MSSPs.
• Expertise in network, endpoint, cloud security, threat intelligence, and SOC/SIEM operations.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, and zero-trust models.
• Strong understanding of MSSP security best practices, business models, and automation.
• Knowledge of SLA management, compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR), and governance.
• Ability to design scalable, high-availability security architectures.
• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid solutions.
• Experience with security automation, API integrations, and orchestration (SOAR, SIEM, XDR).
• Strong communication skills for translating security concepts and training stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Certifications (Preferred, Not Required): CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, GIAC, or vendor-specific (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft).
