✅ Global Coordination – Work with international stations to ensure smooth operations in ever-changing conditions.

✅ Crisis Management – Handle disruptions, coordinate assistance, manage logistics, and resolve unexpected events.

✅ Real-Time Updates – Manage passenger lists, seating arrangements, and maintain seamless communication with security and international stations.

✅ Licensing & Coordination – Submit requests for permits and regulatory approvals while liaising with official authorities.

✅ 24/7 Teamwork – Be part of a small, highly skilled team working in shifts around the clock.

Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience in aviation operations – mandatory

✔️ Ability to think fast and make decisions under pressure

✔️ Proficiency in reservation and DCS systems

✔️ High-level English and exceptional customer service skills

✔️ Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems

✔️ Willingness to work shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

✔️ Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
