The Opportunity

Join our team as a Senior Associate, Operations Manager, Private Market Commingled Funds.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To

• Investor Relations & Client Support: Oversee operational support for investors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Global Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between Israeli investors and internal teams across fund administration, accounting, investor services, legal, tax, and product management.
• Strategic Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and analysis for senior management, providing key insights on investor activity, fundraising progress, and market trends.
• Fundraising & Compliance Support: Facilitate investor onboarding, coordinating legal and tax matters in collaboration with U.S. and local advisors.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline day-to-day investor interactions, manage data integrity in CRM systems, and track pipeline activities related to fundraising and new business development.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Drive efficiency by improving and automating existing and new processes, as well as developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
• Meeting & Presentation Preparation: Develop materials for internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  
  

Your Background Will Include

• Hebrew native speaker, fluency in English (essential)
• 5+ years of experience in a client facing operations roles in a financial services company
• Private markets experience
• You must have excellent communication skills, be an attentive listener
• Be well organized and deadline focused, pursue excellence in what you do, be proactive and able to comfortably interact with clients, prospects and team members globally and at all levels of seniority
• Ability to understand and develop a working knowledge of proprietary systems and software
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• University degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.). An advanced degree (MBA) or CFA/CAIA or other relevant designation is preferred, but not required
