The VP of Finance will play a key leadership role, overseeing all financial operations, including FP&A, and building the financial infrastructure to support Paragon’s growth. This role will partner with the executive team to shape the company’s financial strategy, drive performance, and ensure financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Build and scale Paragon’s finance infrastructure to support growth.
• Drive financial strategy and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage financial systems, automate processes, and implement strong internal controls.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, collaborating across functions.
  
  

• 10+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in high-growth tech or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in FP&A, financial operations, and building finance infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing global finance teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
