ERP Implementer - Service

What we are looking for:

The ERP Team at Nova is looking for a Service ERP/CRM Implementer to Lead the Service domain in the new ERP project

You’ll be joining the global ERP team, The ERP team is responsible for leading the operational enterprise information systems

You'll be part of our next-generation ERP solution

What will you be doing:

• Lead global ERP/CRM project implementation focus on Service modules.
• Focusing on – Field Service Module, Sales Service, Service transactions, Service KPI’s.
• Partner with business owners to define business processes and its information systems implementation plan.
• Act as the customers' focal point.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in industrial engineering with information systems as a major
• 5+ years of experience in the Service / Sales domain as a system analyst / business analyst
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP system (EBS/Fusion) implementation.
• Fusion experience - an advantage
• Previous experience in ERP consultant companies- an advantage
• CRM and Salesforce - Advantage
• Experience with Global companies- an advantage
• Strong communicator with both business users and technical project staff
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
