QA Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic QA Team Lead to manage a team of 14 testers. This is a hands-on role focused on manual testing of complex computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 14 QA testers.
• Oversee all aspects of manual testing for complex computer systems.
• Ensure thorough testing methodologies are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support, guidance, and training to the development department.
• Develop and maintain testing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of proven management experience leading a team of 3-5 people or more.
• At least 3 years of experience in software QA, ideally with experience in the medical device or a multidisciplinary industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must be fluent).
• Must be passionate about manual testing; experience in test automation is not required.
• Strong leadership skills, high energy level, proactive approach, and the desire to contribute positively.
