Full Stack Engineer

AT&T R&D Center Israel is looking for an exceptional and passionate Back-End Developer to join our team for a new, fast-growing, industry-changing, large-scale project.

The developer will be part of a dynamic team that works in the network operations field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform requirements to highly available, performant, scalable, modern software.
• Work in short incremental steps, while ensuring the quality and security of the application
• Take part in the development and optimization of network operations systems.
• Develop software solutions for network and configuration management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.+Nest.Js
• Strong understanding and experience in Unit tests platforms - Jest, Mocha
• Experience as a React.JS developer is an advantage
• Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Strong experience in REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in automation testing using Playwright or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and scalability principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Agile mindset to deliver frequent, focused results
• Experience with large-scale web applications and the ability to deep dive into complex applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge with software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, scalability, etc.)
• Excellent communication abilities and a team player committed to the success of the team
• Curious learner who loves sharing knowledge and best practices, and can work both independently and in a team
• Experience in OSS, with a focus on inventory systems, telecom order management, and software solution design is an advantage
• Expertise in TMF and 3GPP standards and API integration is an advantage
• Experience as React developer is an advantage.
