A Project company in the hardware field is looking for an Electronics R&D Manager

Job Description: Full responsibility for managing and leading a team of engineers in the fields of electrical, control, robotics, embedded systems, and motion in a leading engineering company.

The role includes the development of complex technological projects, managing a professional engineering team, defining work strategies, improving processes, and collaborating with various departments within the organization.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Managing and leading a team of electrical, control, robotics, embedded systems, and motion engineers.
• Planning and controlling engineering tasks while meeting deadlines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Collaborating with development, manufacturing, integration, and customer service departments.
• Solving complex engineering problems and providing technical support for various projects.
• Leading technological innovation and implementing advanced technologies in electrical and control fields.
• Developing work strategies and advanced engineering methods to improve performance.
• Driving the team towards technological excellence and maintaining the company’s high standards.
• Responsibility for training, recruiting, and professional development of the engineering team.
• Managing interfaces with suppliers, partners, and customers for process optimization and improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering – required.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams in relevant fields – required.
• In-depth knowledge in control, electrical, robotics, embedded systems, and motion.
• Experience leading complex technological projects – significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces.
