Job Description:

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our user base. This includes validating documents submitted by users, guiding them through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, managing winning withdrawals, assessing user credit risk, preventing fraud, and preparing detailed reports on chargebacks and bonus abuse.

Responsibilities:

• Document Validation: Review and verify the authenticity of documents submitted by users for approval.

• KYC Process: Assist users through the KYC process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Withdrawal Management: Oversee the process of winning withdrawals, ensuring secure and smooth transactions.

• Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate user credit risk to identify potential fraud or the use of stolen cards.

• Duplicate Account Prevention: Monitor and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts.

• Bonus Misuse Prevention: Ensure that bonuses are used appropriately and prevent any misuse.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on chargebacks and bonus abusers for internal review and action.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks.

• Proficiency in using risk management and data analysis tools.

• Advanced Excel skills, including report preparation, pivot tables, and formula usage - mandatory.

• High-level English proficiency, both written and spoken - mandatory.

• Previous experience in risk management or a related field - an advantage.

• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance processes - an advantage.
