About The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Program Operations professional to join our fast-growing Professional Services group. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our operational efficiency, continuously improving our ways of working, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

• Assist with tracking, monitoring and maintaining the Professional Services portfolio
• Assist with establishing and maintaining reports and trackers to increase visibility for different stakeholders around the company
• Support resource allocation, Project due dates and client change orders
• Support stakeholder relationships across various teams, assist in preparing and delivering regular updates, and facilitate effective communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Jira, assist in generating reports and dashboards, and support the resolution of data discrepancies
• Assist in tracking project risks, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to the creation of risk and performance reports
  
  

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant role
• Proficiency in Jira administration, including troubleshooting, workflow automations, JQL querying and reports generation.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, functions, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to understand organizational goals and contribute to actionable project plans
  
  

• Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management processes (scheduling, resources allocation, risk management)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
