Senior Python Developer - Tech Lead

Location: Ramat Gan, with hybrid work option (1 day from home)

Employment Type: Full-time

• Lead the development team, including task management and mentoring developers.
• Design and maintain advanced Backend systems.
• Hands-on programming (approximately 50% of the role).
• Manage databases and optimize system performance.
• Implement best practices in software development.
• Work in complex environments, integrating with API Gateway, Proxy, WAF, Content-Filters, Cloud & On-Prem.
• Manage technology projects and lead system architecture in distributed environments.

• Python – High-level experience and deep knowledge.
• Backend – Experience with REST API, Linux, Microservices, Docker.
• System Architecture – Strong understanding of distributed system architecture and microservices.
• System Design & Implementation – Experience integrating into complex systems.

• 8-10+ years of experience in Full-Stack/Backend development.
• Experience leading development teams and managing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Frontend – Experience with Vue.js or React.
• Experience working with Cloud services.
• Experience in project management and large-scale system development.
• Strong team player with excellent customer orientation.
