Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a senior bookkeeper & payroll for a Hi-Tech company!

Description:

Process/Upload bank statements and maintain bank reconciliation

Post A/P invoices and verify internal reconciliations

Prepare supporting documents for Payment cycles and set up bank wires

Process CC Entries and manage Mesh Netsuite monthly sync

Manage the monthly statutory submission (ITA, Social securities, and Vat)

Prepare and manage the 856-tax submission and the 126 reconciliations

Prepare the month-end close and post-cutoff entries (prepaid/accrued expenses)

Manage the Fixed Assets software and post the monthly depreciation entries

Process travel expenses and reimbursement 

Prepare and manage the company's payroll in Israel and act as the point of reference for employees’ payroll-related queries

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper level 2/3
• 3-5 years of experience as a sole contributor
• Former experience working with NetSuite
• Experience working with a multi-currency system
• Certified payroll specialist - Must (Micpal - huge advantage)
• Accurate with a great eye for details
• Service-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Curious and eager to learn
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal
• Hard-working and flexible
