Senior Product Manager

The company is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the hospitality distribution industry. Our platform creates a seamless and efficient connection between hotels and travel providers, enabling direct, real-time transactions.

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Success, and business stakeholders, to drive product development.
• Conduct market research, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to improve product performance.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer needs.
• Create and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planning
• Own the full product lifecycle – from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Define KPIs and measure product success, iterating as needed.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, B2B, or tech-driven company.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and lead complex software ecosystems, particularly those featuring extensive third-party integrations and architectures designed for significant scale
• Methodical professional with the ability to analyze the end-to-end technical implications of system changes across multiple interconnected use cases
• Experience in designing and managing UI for administrator interfaces, with a strong user-centric mindset, and keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Background in hospitality tech, travel, or marketplace platforms – a plus.
• Development Background- a plus.
• Quick and self-learner, self-organized.
• JIRA proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and personal skills
• Very high verbal and written English - A must
