What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a skilled ML Backend Engineer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our protections engine. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing end to end data projects, as well as a solid understanding of security best practices for endpoint clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and secure data solutions that support our security initiatives.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side data applications and APIs
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Implement data integration processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across various sources.
• Optimize existing data workflows and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance, latency and reliability.
• Lead end-to-end data projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of microservices architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data engineering practices.
  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with NodeJS - Advantage
• Experience with Data/ML related projects
• Experience with use of GenAI in production - Advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Communication and collaboration skills
