Scientist – Method Development & Analytical Investigations (3303) Temporary – 1 Year

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled Scientist with expertise in biochemistry and chromatography methods development to join the Pharmaceutical Support Department for a temporary position (1 year).

This role focuses on scientific and technological support for the production of protein-based drugs and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex investigations in the analytical laboratory.
• Develop, optimize, and validate chromatography methods for protein analysis.
• Provide expert support for production processes, addressing challenges related to quality and testing.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to prepare reports, protocols, and SOPs.
• Drive innovative technological projects to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Conduct literature reviews to ensure alignment with the latest scientific advancements.
• Document and communicate findings and processes effectively in Hebrew and English.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in chromatography techniques, including method development and HPLC.
• Experience in biochemistry, with a focus on protein purification and characterization is an advantage.
• Knowledge of recombinant technology and/or microbiology is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
