Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Integration Engineer to join our electronic lab team in Israel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in integrating, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position will also involve helping to establish the lab according to the needs.

Key responsibilities:

System Integration:

Bring-up prototypes in the lab

Develop and execute integration plans for electronic systems, including hardware, firmware, and software components.

Ensure seamless interoperability between modules and subsystems.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct performance, functionality, and reliability testing.

Identify and resolve integration issues at system and component levels.

Utilize lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers) for testing and debugging.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with remote cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, software, and product development.

Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, test results, and system modifications.

System Validation:

Support product validation by executing pre-qualification and compliance tests.

Assist in certification processes as required (e.g., CE, FCC).

Continuous Improvement:

Propose and implement improvements to integration methodologies and lab workflows.

Implement necessary automation workflows

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in system integration, preferably in electronic or multidisciplinary systems.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Team player with positive “can do” attitude

Good communication skill and English knowledge

Proficiency in operating and programming test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers, etc.).

Experience with schematic reading, PCB debugging, and hardware bring-up.

Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware debugging tools.

Understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles.

Basic knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, etc.).

Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Advantage:

Display technology knowledge (LCD, OLED, micro-LED)

Experience with system-level integration in consumer electronics

Knowledge of RF systems and related testing methodologies.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards.

Hands-on experience with HDMI, DP, LVDS and/or V-by-One systems.
