Salesforce Team Lead

We are hiring a Salesforce Team Lead for a successful financial company in central Israel

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support

-Oversee the development, implementation, and management of Salesforce systems, ensuring they align with business needs

-Utilize Salesforce development tools to customize and optimize the platform

-Lead integration initiatives and manage Data Pipelines using tools like Apigee and Talend

Requirements:

• Experience in leading technological teams or multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing Salesforce systems
• Experience working with application and development tools on the platform such as Flow, Apex, LWC
• Experience leading integration initiatives and Data Pipelines using tools such as Apigee, Talend
• Experience working with data engineering technologies such as Python, SQL, ETL
