Investor Relations Associate

Buligo Capital is a publicly traded real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing multi-tenant industrial assets. We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Associate to expand our capital-raising efforts. This role will focus on cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, financial advisors, and wealth managers to drive investments into Buligo’s real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising: Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new investors, including financial advisors, family offices, and HNWIs.
• Investor Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships by providing exceptional client service, updates, and investment insights.
• Sales & Marketing Execution: Develop tailored sales strategies to promote real estate investment opportunities, utilizing marketing materials, digital campaigns, and presentations.
• Industry Engagement: Represent Buligo Capital at investment conferences, roadshows, and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with asset management, acquisitions, and operations teams to ensure accurate communication of investment performance and opportunities.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure investor onboarding aligns with KYC/AML regulations and internal compliance protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

✔ 3+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, wealth management, or sales within the financial or real estate sector.

✔ Established network of financial intermediaries, including family offices, wealth managers, and private investors.

✔ Strong understanding of real estate investment vehicles and capital markets.

✔ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-driven approach.

✔ High level of English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
