Mobile Engineer

A cybersecurity and crypto startup developing a digital wallet for B2C cryptocurrency users. The company has built an innovative, cutting-edge wallet focused on providing a simple and secure user experience, leveraging advanced cryptographic technologies like MPC (Multi-Party Computation).

Unlike most crypto wallets, this approach eliminates the need for users to manage private keys, allowing them to access their assets without writing down or storing passwords.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company operates in a hybrid model with 3-4 remote workdays per week and has a team of 35 employees.

Having raised over $20 million, the company’s product already serves tens of thousands of active users.

About the role

• Solve hard technical problems in an efficient, rigorous and reliable manner.
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Develop client-side and server-side. Most of the focus is on developing client-side (80%) with React native.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React native, Node.js, TypeScript, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, or similar
• 3 years of experience in software development
• 2 years of experience in React native
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js - an advantage
• Knowledge of core CS concepts such as data structures, algorithms, profiling and optimization
