We’re looking for a Unity Team Lead for our development team, set the technical vision, and drive our game’s success. This is a foundational role where you’ll shape both the product and the team behind it.

We are a small, passionate game development studio based in Kfar Saba, dedicated to creating a unique 3D game. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a shared love for game development. We believe in fostering an enjoyable and engaging work environment where every team member plays a key role in bringing our vision to life.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and mentor our development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

· Design and implement scalable architectures and robust code structures

· Define best practices and integrate them into our development pipeline

· Work closely with design, art, and other departments to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

· 3+ years of hands-on Unity development

· 5+ years in software development (in a company)

· Proven experience in game development

· Proven experience in 3D game development

· B.Sc. degree in Computer Science - advantage

· Experience in code architecture design
