We’re Relyon, a fast-growing B2B2C SaaS company reimagining personal security with AI-powered tech.

Our product helps save lives! Our platform connects individuals and families with security providers, powered by cutting-edge AI tools to make emergency responses smarter and faster.

We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our core engineering team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, write amazing code, and help us find that sweet spot between moving fast and maintaining high quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Dive into hands-on development of critical features for our React Native mobile app, Next.js web app, and Firebase backend, including GenAI and Analytics.
• Champion engineering best practices and set high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to turn business goals and product strategy into actionable development plans, leading their execution with our distributed team.
• Lead key design and engineering decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Deep expertise in the JavaScript ecosystem.
• A proven track record of scaling distributed systems.
• Passion for engineering best practices and high quality standards
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and lead remote teams.
• Bonus: Experience with data engineering or AI/ML integrations.
