Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer experienced with mobile app testing, automated QA processes, and managing QA efforts for B2C applications. You'll ensure our app's quality, stability, and performance meet high production standards. You should possess a strong sense of responsibility and be comfortable working independently within a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for our mobile and web applications.
• Lead and manage QA activities for a single, user-facing B2C application.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure thorough and timely identification, documentation, and tracking of bugs.
• Monitor application performance and stability in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to prioritize issues.
• Mentor junior QA members and continuously improve QA processes and practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application QA.
• Strong background in automated testing frameworks and processes.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and bug tracking systems.
• Deep understanding of production-oriented QA strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience testing web applications.
• Familiarity with Google Pay and Apple Pay integrations.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with A/B testing practices.
• Basic understanding of Node.js, React Native, or MongoDB.
