Collector (temporary for 5 months)

Who We Are

AVT is the global leader in print process control, quality assurance, and press control for the packaging, labelling, and commercial print industries.

We are seeking a Collector to join our finance team, where you will play a key part in managing collections and maintaining financial accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections based on Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and reconcile deposits to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize ERP systems (MFGPro) for financial tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and issue collection reports for management.
• Analyze customer accounts and track overdue invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Record deposits in ERP and related financial systems.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong communication skills – Ability to engage with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.

✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

✅ Proficiency in Excel – Skilled in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting.

✅ Detail-oriented – Ability to track payments, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.

✅ Experience with finance ERP systems (advantage).

✅ Certified Bookkeeper (advantage).

✅ 1-2 years of experience in collections, preferably in a global company (advantage).
