Head Hunter Position - Israel Aerospace Industries

Full-time position | Ben Gurion Airport location | Excellent conditions for suitable candidates!

Job Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing of candidates for complex and challenging positions
• Using Boolean and X-ray search techniques and advanced search tools to identify suitable candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub
• Sourcing passive candidates and conducting personalized outreach
• Building connections in professional networks and participating in technological communities
• Writing content and marketing IAI activities on social media and other platforms

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in technological sourcing
• Previous experience in technological recruitment using advanced search techniques such as Boolean on LinkedIn
• Familiarity with GitHub platform – advantage
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar field) - advantage
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting initial conversations with candidates
