Compliance lawyer

Phoenix Investment House is hiring a Compliance lawyer.

The role includes:

• Analyzing regulatory provisions applicable to the company, ensuring their optimal implementation and application.
• Formulating and drafting policy documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducting various compliance controls according to the work plan.
• Managing ongoing work interfaces with the company's professional entities regarding compliance aspects.

Job requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law and a license to practice law.
• Previous experience in the field.
• Previous legal experience from a corresponding department in financial institutions/law firms/consulting firms/regulators - a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and differentiate between main and peripheral issues.
• Excellent writing and drafting skills.
• Organizational skills, order, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
