Global Financial Controller

We are looking for a Global Financial Controller to join Sela’s finance team. This position is ideal for a CPA after an internship who is eager to step into the world of financial control and accounting in a dynamic global organization. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and develop while receiving close mentorship and guidance.

The role includes responsibility for global monthly financial reporting (segmental P&L management and FP&A work), financial controls, and significant participation in budget management and business activity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including segmental P&L and budget comparisons.
• Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting requirements.
• Working closely with business managers and VPs to analyze financial performance and support decision-making.
• Responsible for financial controls, internal corporate reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborating with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
• Assisting in handling international taxation issues, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.
• Continuously improving financial processes and automating reports.
• Working closely with subsidiaries abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Economics / Business Administration – Must.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial control/audit. Background from a BIG4 accounting firm is preferred, especially from the economic advisory department.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and the ability to work efficiently – Must.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience working with or knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems – Advantage.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
