Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Designer to join our small, dynamic product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing customer-facing products that empower bank workers and our tech teams. You will work closely with product managers and frontend developers to create seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. As the sole designer on the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the design direction for the MVP and the entire platform as it evolves.

Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces and experiences for Finubit’s banking management platform, which is used by bankers and tech teams to manage products, workflows, and data.
Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to deliver user-centered designs that meet both business and user needs.
Lead user research efforts to understand the challenges and workflows of bank workers, ensuring designs are intuitive and solve real problems.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Contribute to the development of the MVP, ensuring it sets a solid foundation for the platform’s future features.
Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design across the product lifecycle.
Cretate templates for managerial presentations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in product web design
Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive, user-centric products.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies and a passion for learning about and designing for complex user workflows.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks from ideation to implementation.
Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
