Business Applications Engineer

As a Business Application Engineer, you will oversee the administration, solution design, implementation, and support of applications within the Business Applications domain. Your role ensures that critical business processes operate seamlessly, enabling organizational success. Acting as a key technical point of contact, you will troubleshoot system issues, optimize workflows, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the various functional groups and implement best-in-class solutions.
• Serve a subject matter expert on Silk business processes and cycles, leveraging technology solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Design, develop, and manage reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to meet business needs.
• Ensure the data quality and integrity across multiple systems, maintaining consistency and reliability.
  
  

• Up to 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the tech industry as an administrator of CRM, ERP, or other complex information systems.
• Proven ability to gather application requirements and design effective solutions from business units.
• Familiarity with systems integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and their application in business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of API services to ensure seamless data exchanges across systems.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, DealHub, and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Cloud, Zendesk) is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is a must.
