Our client is a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup specializing in non-human identities, an emerging and critical area in enterprise security. With Series A funding and a growing base of enterprise customers, they are building cutting-edge solutions to secure machine-to- machine communications and protect digital assets. As they scale globally, they are expanding their product team and seeking a Product Manager to help drive product development and execution.

About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Product, the Product Manager will play a key role in executing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and market-driven cybersecurity solutions. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of identity security, directly influencing the company’s success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute the Product Roadmap – Work closely with the VP of Product to translate the product vision into actionable initiatives and deliverables.

 Product Development – Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define features, user stories, and technical requirements for new product capabilities.

 Customer & Market Research – Gather feedback from enterprise customers, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to refine product offerings.

 Cross-Functional Coordination – Act as a bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on product priorities.

 Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage data analytics, user insights, and feedback loops to drive product enhancements and improve user experience.

 Go-to-Market Support – Work with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and training materials to ensure successful product adoption.

 Agile Execution – Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

 Stay Ahead of Cybersecurity Trends – Monitor advancements in non-human identity security, IAM, Zero Trust, and cloud security to keep the product competitive and relevant.

Key Qualifications

 3-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B cybersecurity, identity & access management (IAM), DevSecOps, or cloud security.

 Experience working closely with engineering teams and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

 Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and experience using analytics tools.

 Proven ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features.

 Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

 Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.

 Passion for cybersecurity and innovation, with a desire to make a tangible impact.
