🔬 Gauzy is a global leader in Smart Glass & Liquid Crystal Technologies, and we’re looking for an R&D Synthesis Researcher to develop cutting-edge nanoparticles, coatings, and advanced materials for real-world applications!

What You’ll Do:

⚗️ Synthesize & optimize novel chemical formulations for smart materials
🔍 Conduct analytical testing (NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis, HPLC) to ensure high performance
🛠️ Improve stability, dispersion & functional properties of liquid crystal materials
🤝 Collaborate with R&D, engineering & manufacturing teams to scale up innovations

What You Bring:

🎓 MSc/PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
🧪 3+ years of experience in organic/inorganic synthesis, polymers, or coatings
🔬 Strong knowledge of colloidal chemistry, nanomaterials & surface modification
