As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and guide authors through the publishing process. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, tracking interactions, and optimizing your sales process using Salesforce.

This is an in-office position, with hybrid work available based on performance.

Work Hours: Full-time shifts covering US Eastern and Pacific Time Zones

• Native-level English—spoken and written
• Proven sales experience—preferably in inside sales or B2C sales
• Strong closing skills—you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM—ability to log and track customer interactions
• Resilience and adaptability—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability, working US hours (Eastern or Pacific Time shifts)
