Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Eitan Medical, you’ll collaborate with R&D, product, and cross-functional teams both in Israel and abroad. You will own the end-to-end user experience, from initial research and concept validation to final designs and implementation, ensuring Eitan Insights remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Design End-to-End Experiences: Own the entire user journey and produce high-quality deliverables, from initial sketches to pixel-perfect designs.
• Advocate for Users: Champion user-centered design by conducting user research, client interviews, and user testing to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Validate & Iterate: Conduct design reviews and concept validations, iterating feedback to deliver intuitive, aesthetic, and accessible solutions.
• Maintain & Evolve Our Design System: Lead the management and evolution of our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain the highest accessibility standards in your designs while upholding healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ Years of Product Design Experience: Demonstrated success in creating intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex systems in B2B startups; experience in healthcare systems is a big plus.
• Figma Aficionado: You’re profoundly comfortable prototyping and iterating in Figma (bonus points if you dabble in other design tools).
• Design System Expertise: Proven experience managing and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and technical feasibility across teams.
• Responsive & Accessible Design Skills: You prioritize inclusivity and adaptive layouts, keeping international regulations and best practices in mind.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives on feedback and cross-functional teamwork.
• Autonomous Problem Solver: You’re a self-starter who excels under minimal supervision but knows when to seek input.
• High Proficiency in English: Essential for collaborating effectively with international teams and clients.
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Experience using tools like JIRA to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Healthcare Know-How: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, US or international healthcare systems, or similar regulated environments.
• Expertise in User Research and User Testing: Experience leading user research initiatives and optimizing designs based on testing insights.
• Experience Designing for Mobile and/or B2B2C products: Proven experience working on those products is also a big plus.
