The Opportunity:

Lead the development of our cloud-based SaaS platform, handling massive data volumes and powering sophisticated AI solutions. Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, driving technical strategy and product delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Architect scalable SaaS infrastructure for machine learning and AI applications.
• Lead engineering team growth and management.

• Develop and implement data strategies, and drive problem resolution.
• Ensure project ownership and accountability.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a recognized institution (Technion, Hebrew University, or equivalent preferred).
• Extensive experience in developing and scaling cloud-based SaaS systems handling significant data volumes.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, with experience in developing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
