Payments Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Payments Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's payments systems, ensuring financial accuracy, and leading a small team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fintech or credit card companies and a solid understanding of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage periodic financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring ongoing monitoring and control of budget performance.
• Lead and manage the payments team, ensuring efficient operations and timely execution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with various departments and external partners to optimize payment processes and systems.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in financial management roles such as Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Experience in credit card companies or fintech companies is a must.
• Strong background working with financial brands.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial reports and budgets effectively.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience working with international financial institutions.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and data systems operations.

Working Conditions:

• Work days: Monday to Friday (1 day per week remote work).
• Availability on Saturdays is required.
• Paid time off for both Jewish and other holidays.
