Job Description:

Work in plant care and maintenance within a commercial indoor cultivation facility. The role involves cross-functional responsibilities within the cultivation team.

Full-time

• Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences / Agronomy / Experience in nursery work or agriculture
• Experience working with plants – mandatory
• Experience with fertilizers – advantageous
• Experience in pest control / integrated pest management – advantageous
• Ability to work and document tasks in a computerized environment

• Ability to work independently
• Personal responsibility
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to engage in physical labor
