Prompt & Conversation Designer

At Second Nature, we are building an innovative AI training solution that leverages advanced speech processing and generative AI technologies. Our platform transforms virtual training through conversational role-play experiences that mirror real-world interactions. We empower some of the world’s largest companies to enhance their sales, support, and customer training through cutting-edge conversational AI.We are looking for a Prompt & Conversation Designer to join our NLP team and play a pivotal role in shaping the voice conversation experience across our products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to design compelling, interactive AI-driven conversations that enhance engagement and learning.

You Will

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create compelling demos and showcase innovative conversational AI experiences.
• Develop and refine prompts, dialogue structures, scripts, and interactions, optimizing for natural flow and engagement.
• Review and analyze end users’ conversations with our AI, in order to find the most impactful conversations and to improve our core conversation engine.
• Design and implement evaluation metrics to assess AI conversation quality and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee our multi-language support across the product.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in conversation design, LLM-native conversational interactions, and user experience.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English with strong writing and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and tone adaptability.
• Experience in conversation design, content creation, or UX writing for AI-driven interactions, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Experience with prompt engineering or related fields (e.g., conversation design, chatbot development, etc.).
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align conversation design with business goals.
• Experience designing and running data-driven experiments to evaluate AI performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative major or one related to language models (e.g., linguistics, philosophy, etc.) or equivalent practical experience in AI, NLP, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Python and SQL for data experiments and analysis.
• Knowledge of multi-language adaptation challenges and strategies in conversational AI.
