Business Planner

We seek a Business Planner to lead the supply planning activities at our customers’ sites. The role focuses on leading all planning and forecasting aspects on a global level. This includes monitoring supply and demand and coordinating customer requirements and processes to ensure high material availability.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the business plans and model for processes and procedures.

· Manage inventory levels and consignment products’ availability and forecast at the customers’ sites.

· Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.

· Work closely with the field engineers and the customer’s representatives to better understand the trends and forecast.

· Determine and execute key business initiatives to drive business operations and support the business model.

· Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives and standard procedures to manage and maintain operational and financial goals.

· Assist management in operations, resource management, budgeting, revenue accounting, etc.

· Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.

· Understand the business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessment of potential business impacts.

Requirements:

· B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering

· 3+ years of experience as a planner in a global manufacturer of multidisciplinary products

· In-depth knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

· Fluent, clear, and effective oral and written English communication skills

· Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment

· Excellent analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

· High customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
