About the Role:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable systems that power our AI Influence System. You’ll work across the stack, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to architecting robust backend solutions. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Build APIs to integrate with generative AI engines and manage large-scale data flows.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and data scientists to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize front-end performance for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for code quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development (React, Node.js, Python).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and debugging tools.
