Proposal Manager

A leading defense company in Netanya is looking for a Proposal Manager!

Job Description:

• Responsible for the preparation of price proposals for customers, working closely with the Sales Department and the Business Unit in R&D.
• Gathering and consolidating information from various departments to prepare pricing proposals, compiling background documents, and submitting bids for tenders.
• Receiving customer requirements from the Sales Department, conducting feasibility checks with the R&D department, and reviewing technical, quality, and regulatory documents, including responding to SOW (Statement of Work).
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including the U.S. subsidiary and legal regulatory teams in Israel and globally.
• Preparing presentations and participating in multi-stakeholder discussions with clients.
• Reviewing contracts, specifications, and technical documents.
• Managing tasks independently and supporting the Business Unit in various assignments.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering & Management – Mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles – Mandatory.
• Ability to read and analyze contracts and documents, with a basic technical understanding – Mandatory.
• Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel – Mandatory.
• Experience with Priority, Salesforce – Advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing/defense organization – Advantage.
• Technical background and experience in electronics – Advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Broad vision with the ability to work in a challenging, dynamic, and professional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple details and integrate information from various sources.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with company clients.
