Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at HAAT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract the best talent. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the company.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking) to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
