Reports to: VP Finance

Geographic Location: Beit Dagan

·        Job Description:

• Manage a team of accountants and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

• Define work processes and procedures for the accounting system and improve them.

• Prepare periodic and annual consolidated financial reports in accordance with accepted accounting standards (IFRS).

• Manage the financial reporting process at the group level.

• Supervise the accounting system and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Prepare annual reports for the auditing firm and prepare the company for internal and external audits.

• Work with tax authorities and financial institutions.

• Develop and improve financial processes at the group level.

• Responsibility for internal controls.

·        Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.

• Master’s degree – Advantageous.

• At least 8 years of experience managing an accounting team, with in-depth understanding of financial and accounting processes.

• Over 8 years of managerial experience in similar roles.

• Experience in one of the Big4 accounting firms – Advantageous.

• Extensive knowledge of IFRS.

• High managerial skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• High level of English.

• Technological experience – Knowledge of SAP software – Advantageous, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
