Big Data Developer

A global Big Data company developing advanced products in the Ad Tech space, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the U.S. The platform can tailor ads to viewers in real-time, utilizing machine learning models and LLMs to handle vast scale.

The company is in Tel Aviv, close to the train station, and offers a hybrid work model with 3 days of remote work. It is publicly traded on NASDAQ and employs 900 people globally, with 200 in Israel, half of which are in the R&D department.

The company is profitable and works with some of the world's biggest brands, focusing on constant innovation and staying at the forefront of the industry.

Role:

As part of the team, the role involves developing streaming systems in Java, working with Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, BitmaDB, Kubernetes, GitLab, Grafana, InfluxDB, and Kibana.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent degrees
• 6+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with Pipelines/ETLs/Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/Streaming systems
• 3+ years of experience in Java or Scala.
• Experience with SQL & NOSQL DBs.
• Experience in dealing with performance and high scale systems
