Our client, a leading company in its industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in managing customer journey automation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Management & Execution:
- Develop structured work plans for digital marketing projects, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking.
✅ Customer Journey & Automation:
- Define and optimize customer journeys, mapping key touchpoints to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with Marketing Automation teams to implement automated workflows and monitor performance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-channel automation and process improvements.
✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the key point of contact between business, marketing, and tech teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Present project progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track and analyze marketing automation performance, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and marketing efficiency.
- Ensure all campaigns align with business goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
✔ Experience & Expertise:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing project management, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in customer journey mapping and automation in large organizations.
- Strong ability to create clear and structured project documentation and business requirement documents (BRD).
✔ Technical Knowledge (Advantageous but Not Mandatory):
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms – a significant advantage.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp automation workflows – a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics, performance reports, and campaign tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
