DevOps Engineer

A startup company developing a B2C platform, which has established an online law firm allowing consumers across the U.S. to access legal assistance more easily. Many people in the U.S. currently lack access to legal services, whether due to payment structures or geographic limitations. Through the online firm, they help people at critical moments in their lives.

The company operates at a very high scale as a B2C business with a large number of existing paying customers. The company has sites in both Israel and the U.S. and has raised over $250 million so far.

With 300 employees globally, 80 of them are based in the Tel Aviv site, located near a train line (30 in development), and they offer a hybrid work model.

About the role

• Be a part of the infrastructure team, composed of highly talented developers using cutting-edge technologies.
• Own, design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve infrastructure-related issues to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Lead the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.
• Mentor and guide colleagues in adopting DevOps best practices.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS services, such as EKS, Lambda, Fargate, RDS, API Gateway, MSK, MQ, Elasticache, IAM.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Experience managing containerized applications in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, Datadog/Coralogix,, OpsGenie or similar.
