Payroll Manager

A Leading Technology Company is Hiring a Payroll Team Leader!

Full-time position, hybrid model

Location: Tel Aviv (walking distance from the "Shalom" Train Station)

• Manage a team of approximately 7 payroll specialists, including onboarding, training, knowledge retention, solving professional issues, conducting performance reviews, bonuses, hearings, and more.
• Regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• In addition to the managerial role, you will be responsible for leading a small client portfolio to maintain professionalism.
• Implementing regulatory updates and ensuring compliance.

1. Payroll Certification – required.
2. 4+ years of experience as a payroll specialist – required.
3. Prior managerial experience – an advantage.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment.
5. Experience in client-facing roles.
6. High proficiency in English – a significant advantage.
7. Academic education – an advantage.
