Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a VP R&D at Sorti. In this position, you will lead research and development projects, manage software and product development, provide cross-functional team leadership, build and lead a high-performing engineering team from the ground up, drive the development of AI and mobile solutions, oversee and expand distributed systems with top-tier security standards, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across all teams, and champion our product vision—ensuring your team deeply connects with it.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering and R&D leadership roles
• Proven AI/ML and mobile development expertise
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams
• Deep experience integrating and scaling advanced technologies
